Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Security Dispatch Manager to oversee daily dispatch operations and lead a team of dispatch clerks supporting field security personnel. This role is responsible for monitoring officer attendance, coordinating coverage for call-offs and staffing shortages, and ensuring efficient communication between dispatch, field supervisors, and operations teams in a 24/7 security environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and support a team of 12&ndash;14 Dispatch Clerks</li><li>Monitor dispatch activity, attendance systems, and incident reporting</li><li>Coordinate coverage for call-offs, no-shows, and staffing shortages</li><li>Work closely with Operations and Scheduling to prevent uncovered posts</li><li>Provide real-time decision-making during operational issues</li><li>Track dispatch performance including response times, attendance trends, and coverage gaps</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in security dispatch, command center, or operations coordination</li><li>Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Fast-paced dispatch and security operations environment</li><li>Primarily desk-based with heavy phone and computer use</li><li>May include evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities</li></ul>Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
