Branch Manager

<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.</li><li>Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.</li><li>Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.</li><li>Assist in payroll preparation and related reconciliations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (tax, audit, etc.).</li><li>Prepare financial reports for management review.</li><li>Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and company information</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Accounts Officer

1. Office Maintenance &amp; Cleanliness<ul><li>Ensure cleanliness of office premises, furniture, and workstations.</li><li>Regularly clean washrooms, kitchen, and meeting rooms.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness standards throughout working hours.</li></ul>2. Serving &amp; Hospitality<ul><li>Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests as required.</li><li>Set up meeting rooms and serve refreshments during meetings.</li><li>Maintain kitchen supplies and cleanliness.</li></ul>3. Office Support Tasks<ul><li>Dispatch documents and letters internally and externally.</li><li>Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents when required.</li><li>Help in setting up office supplies and stationery.</li></ul>4. Errands &amp; Outdoor Tasks<ul><li>Deliver or collect items from banks, couriers, or vendors when assigned.</li><li>Purchase office supplies or groceries as directed.</li><li>Ensure safe and timely completion of all assigned errands.</li></ul>5.
