Job Summary</b></h2>
</div><div><p>
The work of Agent Cargo includes computer data entry; prepares all flight documents; interfaces with U.S. Customs; prepares all import and export documentation, and accepts/distributes cargo in accordance with applicable air carrier and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Complies lists of customers for use as sales leads. Solicits orders or talks with customers to complete sales. Quotes prices and terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained. Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of company&rsquo;s delivery schedules. Moves cargo up to 70lbs. Comply with WFS site security procedures for assigned warehouse and other operations. Remain cognizant of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors&rsquo; activities and report security breaches, suspicious occurrences, or non-compliance with the site security plan to managers or via the WFS whistleblower program.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2>

Ability to drive all cargo handling equipment.</li><li>

Minimum Requirements</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent</li><li>
Must have a valid driver's license and Port Authority or Airport Authority (if applicable) permit to use ramp side service roads</li><li>
 Must be at least 18 years of age if position requires driving cargo handling equipment\</li><li>
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends (i.e., Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.</li><li>

Preferred Skills</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.</li><li>

Office Agent Cargo

<div><p>This position will focus on support and maintenance of data within the time keeping system. This role will liaison with the field operation to ensure timely update to employee time records, handle and support timekeeping issues, coordinate and review system updates and manage timeclock assistance. This role will coordinate and work with the time clock vendor ensure setup and employee records are maintained correctly. This role will be responsible for providing support to the HR/Payroll department along with conducting and supporting any departmental and companywide initiatives.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>
Inputs, reviews and audits employee personal data in timekeeping system for accuracy and correction.</li><li>
Manage incoming support calls pertaining to system navigation, timecard inquires and equipment support</li><li>
Assist with system access and setup</li><li>
Assist with reporting request</li><li>
Work with station admins and GM to identify timecard exceptions to have updated and clear prior to payroll processing</li><li>
Support station and work with Payroll core team to review and resolve payroll discrepancies</li><li>
Assist with special projects as they arise</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li>
Associate Degree and/or combination of work equivalent</li><li>
2+ years of administrative support experience (preferably in HR)</li><li>
Great written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Organizational skills</li><li>
Sound judgement and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Customer focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion</li><li>
Familiarity with MS Office suite</li><li>
Proficient in Excel, pivot tables, Vlookups</li><li>
Familiar with timekeeping, payroll and HRIS systems</li></ul></div>

The work of an Air Logistics Controller may include any of the following: monitoring inbound/outbound flight activity, computer data input and manual revisions; prepares daily reports on domestic/international arrivals and departures, including FIDS and inputting all schedule and gate changes; coordinates with all necessary departments and contractors for all emergency and fuel stops at local terminal; handles gate control and charter gate assignments; notifies Sky Caps for requests of wheelchairs, etc.; prepares and collects directly or via two-way radios; updates the schedule as needed to ensure aircraft requirements are met; maintains records of all aircraft, flights serviced and services performed; monitors computers, telephone calls, and surveillance cameras.
