Job Summary</b></h2>

The work of a Ramp Agent includes the following: loading and unloading of cargo (mail, express, freight, and company material) on and off aircraft, the ramp transfers of cargo where required; the receiving, delivering, and physical handling of freight and company material, export designated locations of the functions described, transporting such furnishings and supplies to and from aircraft. Assisting in loading, unloading and racking both filled and empty drums. May be assigned to perform routine cleaning of work areas, ramps, and facilities with or without powered equipment. May be assigned to assist in monitoring security of facility. Comply with WFS site security procedures for assigned warehouse and other operations. Remain cognizant of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors&rsquo; activities and report security breaches, suspicious occurrences, or non-compliance with the site security plan to managers or via the WFS whistleblower program.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Must be able to perform the following functions in variable weather conditions as well as environmental conditions, i.e., jet engine fumes, vehicle emissions, dust, and jet engine noise.</li><li>
Load and unload aircraft of cargo weighing up to 70 lbs. in and out of aircraft within confined cargo areas, push, pull, and position loaded containers on rollers with/to aircraft.</li><li>
Transport cargo to and from aircraft driving using depth perception to negotiate vehicle with attached carts through congested area.</li><li>
Read &quot;off-load&quot; sheets to determine destination of cargo.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Minimum Requirements</b></h2>

Must be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>

The GSE Assistant Mechanic Manager assists the Maintenance Manager in the overall management and operations of the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) department by ensuring all maintenance, repair, and logistics functions run efficiently and safely. The GSE Maintenance Manager has direct reports and fosters a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence within the GSE department.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Serve as acting Maintenance Manager when required, ensuring continuity of operations.<ul><li>
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, including labor, parts, tooling, and equipment needs.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, safety, and leadership) to align maintenance activities with business objectives</li></ul></li><li>
Support the General Manager in departmental operations, including workflow coordination, staff utilization, and planning.<br>
<ul><li>
Oversee preventive, routine, and non-routine GSE repairs.</li><li>
Coordinate and monitor maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and availability</li><li>
Assist with inventory control, parts logistics, and vendor coordination.</li><li>
Analyze maintenance data to improve processes and equipment efficiency.</li><li>
Supervise and support GSE technicians through guidance, training, and performance feedback.</li><li>
Ensure administrative compliance with company procedures.</li></ul></li><li>
Subject Matter Expert<ul><li>
Point of contact to assist mechanics and technicians when they are unable to troubleshoot issues.</li><li>
Provide guidance to mechanics/technicians, able to perform the following to provide guidance, inspect work, and develop skillset of others.</li></ul></li><li>

Minimum Requirements</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.</li><li>
Four (4) years&rsquo; experience in a mechanical or maintenance department.</li><li>
Understanding of applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, FAA, local and company-specific requirements).</li><li>
Ability to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritize work orders, and manage equipment availability.</li><li>
Knowledge of parts management, inventory controls.</li><li>
Skilled in coaching, providing feedback, supporting training needs, and addressing performance or conduct issues.</li><li>
