 Airline Premium Club Agent - Full Time - HNL
 
 
 
 An Agent Premium Club performs duties and activities within First Class and Business Class lounges, during the entire shift. An Agent Premium Club will attend and cater to all passengers within the assigned work area. Offers efficient and professional customer service and resolves passenger problems as required.
 
 
 Remain cognizant of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors' activities and report security breaches, suspicious occurrences, or non-compliance with the site security plan to managers or via the WFS whistleblower program.

 WFS - Ground Handling
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Preparation and set up of lounge area for opening and closing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Directing passengers to airline representative if needed for further assistance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bartending (No Tips)
 </li>
 <li>
 Stocking and replenishing supplies and newspapers, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining coffee, snacks and beverages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing hot meals in oven, cold meals and cold cut trays, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maximum cleaning, i.e., cleaning tables, bar, and service areas, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Washing and drying dishes and glasses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Minimum Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must be at least 21 years of age.
 </li>
 <li>
 HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Must have ability to work under pressure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to work weekends (i.e., Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), holidays, rotating shifts, extended hours due todelays or shortage in manpower and days off.
 
 
 </li>

 Previous food handling experience.

May be assigned to perform routine cleaning of work areas, ramps, and facilities with or without powered equipment. May be assigned to assist in monitoring security of facility. Comply with WFS site security procedures for assigned warehouse and other operations.  Responsible for moving air cargo within designated warehouse.
 </li>

 Load and unload cargo from pallets and containers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build up cargo for outbound flights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Break down cargo from import flights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate the loading and unloading of cargo to and from semitrucks.
 </li>
 <li>
 May operate basic cargo handling equipment such as forklift, aircraft pallets and pallet jacks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Check freight for proper piece count, weight, dimensions and documents as appropriate when accepting or delivering cargo.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confirm Dangerous Goods (DG) have been checked within aircraft limits and Follow specific procedure for DG shipments when received, including when shipment is abandoned by consignee.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without, assistance of sight or visual aids.
 
 
 </li>

 Minimum Requirements

 While performing aircraft push-out and/or towing functions, engage in proper specific ground to cockpit communication via hand signals and voice commands, with and without, the assistance of sight or visual aids.

 Ability to understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without, assistance of sight or visual aids.
