<div><div><div>Worldwide Golf is searching for a graphic designer to join our team! This position is full-time and 100% onsite (in office M-F) at our HQ in Santa Ana.
</div></div><div><div>The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and knowledge with branding, email design, paid media &amp; social ad design, and website content.</div></div><div><div>
To be successful in the role, you should have original ideas, a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. This individual should express a passion for graphic design and appetite to grow within graphic design/marketing and grow within the company.
</div></div><div><div><b>Responsibilities</b></div></div><ul><li><div><div>
Develop conceptual designs for email, website, social media, branding, and other marketing channels utilized by the brands.
</div></div></li><li><div><div>Create marketing assets for email campaigns, web content, social media ads, and additional channels as needed.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Produce proofs, wireframes and mockups aligned with task requirements and creative briefs.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Manage design tasks from concept through final execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing goals.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Design advertising, editorial, and social media visuals that support campaign objectives and drive engagement</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Execute branding and marketing projects for company brands.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Demonstrate strong understanding of digital production standards, including proper file setup, image optimization, and responsive design principles.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Apply a solid understanding of seasonal campaigns, promotional calendars, and product launches typical in retail to ensure timely, relevant creative output.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Exhibit excellent time management skills to meet production schedules and deadlines.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Participate in creative and marketing meetings, contributing ideas, presenting design concepts, and providing input on campaign strategy and execution.
</div></div></li><li><div><div>Stay current with design trends, continually researching new ideas, visual approaches, and best practices &ndash; including reviewing competitor as well as non-industry marketing assets to inspire innovation and maintain a competitive edge.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Collaborate effectively with other designers, marketing team members, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality creative work.</div></div></li></ul><div><div><b>
Qualifications Desired:</b></div></div><div><div>
Education and Experience:</div></div><ul><li><div><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred, not required.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role is preferred, not required.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
An updated portfolio showcasing past projects is required.</div></div></li></ul><div><div>
Design and Technical Skills:</div></div><ul><li><div><div>
Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Knowledge of animation and video editing is a plus.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Familiarity with current and past design trends and thought leadership.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Basic knowledge of online and social media marketing is required.</div></div></li></ul><div><div>
