Principal Accountabilities:
<ul><li>Ensuring HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.

</li><li>Ensures that the EPC Contractor is implementing and following the Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans.
</li><li>Monitors and administers EPC Contractor quality performance through to achieving the Provisional Acceptance.
</li><li>Reviews and approves quality control reports for EPC Contractor.
</li><li>Review &ldquo;WQT&rdquo;,&rdquo; PQR&rdquo; ,&rdquo; WPS&rdquo;, &ldquo;NDT Procedure and Reports&rdquo;.
</li><li>Initiates Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) for any activity not complying with the Project quality plan, programs, and procedures.
</li><li>Reviews the Non-Conformity Reports, analyses the root cause (s), corrective action(s) and preventive action(s).
</li><li>Ensures timely closure of Construction Site NCRs.
</li><li>Ensures, checks, and signs Inspection Request Form(s).
</li><li>Ensures the application of and implementation of the Project filing system.
</li><li>Identifies a PMC Audit Schedule and performs regular Audits on the EPC Contractor.
</li><li>Leads the weekly construction site quality meetings with EPC Contractor.
</li><li>Participates in other Construction Site review meetings, as required.
</li><li>Ensures the review and timely submission of the Marked-Up As-Built drawings and availability of all Final.
</li><li>Documentation prior to the Provisional Acceptance.
</li><li>Ensures and monitors the preparation of the Test-Pack Dossiers, Mechanical Completion Dossiers and Ready for Start-up Dossiers, confirms approvals of all signed-off inspection forms for system and Plant readiness before handing over from construction up to Provisional Acceptance.
</li><li>Ensures the awareness and implementation of the Quality Control Plans, programs and Quality Assurance procedures for the Construction Site activities within the framework of the Project Quality Management System.
</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:

Purpose
 
 
Responsible for establishing, configuring, customizing, and administering SmartPlant Foundation (SPF) environments to support multi‑discipline engineering projects. The role ensures reliable, high-quality engineering data management, seamless integration with Hexagon authoring tools including Smart 3D, Smart P&amp;ID, Smart Instrumentation &amp; Smart Electrical, and effective delivery of project information across the full project lifecycle&mdash;from setup through handover. Acting as a key digital execution role, the SPF Administrator bridges engineering disciplines, IT systems, and client stakeholders to enable consistent, governed, and timely data delivery. 
 
Key Accountabilities

iii. Assigning weight factor, preparation &amp; leveling of S-curves, resource histogram preparation along with generation of weekly &amp; monthly progress reports

v. Responsible to update schedule and track deviations from baseline schedule with mitigation plan to achieve forecasted milestone for timely completion of the project

Purpose of Role:
Provides direction and project management to ensure project completion in accordance with contractual obligations. Defines project goals and devises
 
methods to accomplish them; develops in-depth knowledge of customer objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies.Plans, organizes, manages, and controls projects with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the Worley. Supervises project personnel through subordinate leaders. Project managers will exhibit leadership skills necessary to achieve project goals. Typically manages specialized, complex (high-impact) single projects or multiple, but similar type projects. This includes small and medium projects or a portion of a large or mega project.
 
Develops and oversees project plans, including business, production, and/or organizational priorities. Produces integrated solutions to strategic issues and presents recommendations to customers. Solutions are derived from knowledge gained through past experiences and consultation with internal and external resources. May serve as a proposal manager for small to medium projects.
