Key Responsibilities*- Develop a cohesive content strategy aligned with Worood&rsquo;s brand identity, marketing goals, and seasonal campaigns.- Plan and oversee monthly content calendars across all digital platforms.- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual direction across channels.- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into strong content concepts.*- Lead, mentor, and empower the content team (copywriters, designers, media production team)- Provide ongoing feedback, training, and support to enhance team skills and performance.- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor workflow to ensure timely, high-quality output.- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and creative team environment.*- Brainstorm and develop original ideas for storytelling, campaigns, social content, product highlights, and brand moments.- Direct the creative process for photoshoots, reels, videos, and editorial content.- Ensure all visuals and copy reflect the brand&rsquo;s aesthetic, values, and emotional identity.- Push for innovation in content formats, styles, and creative approaches.*- Partner with the marketing team to align content with performance goals, customer insights, and brand positioning.- Analyze campaign performance and content results to refine future strategies.- Ensure content supports sales initiatives, product launches, and engagement objectives.- Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activations, and emerging content styles.*- Review and approve all content before publishing to maintain quality standards.- Optimize content for digital channels, including SEO, social algorithms, and platform best practices.- Track content KPIs and generate insights-based recommendations.*- Work with brand, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure content reflects product stories and customer needs.- Align with PR, influencers, and partnerships to ensure unified messaging.- Participate in campaign planning, brand events, and creative brainstorming sessions.Required Qualifications &amp; Skills*● Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.● 4&ndash;7 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or creative direction.● Proven experience leading a creative or content team.*● Strong marketing foundation and understanding of digital marketing principles.● Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.● Creativity with the ability to conceptualize strong brand stories and visual ideas.● Strong copywriting and content development abilities.● Ability to analyze content performance and turn insights into improvements.● High attention to detail in both visual and written content.*● A visionary, innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling.● Empathetic, inclusive leader who empowers creative talent.● Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.● Adaptable and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.● Strong aesthetic sense aligned with Worood&rsquo;s artistic and elegant identity.New Cairo If you are interested, send your CVJob Type: Full-time
