We are looking for an Operator&mdash;not a laborer&mdash;who specializes in the installation, repair, and maintenance of critical plumbing and HVAC systems.THE STANDARD<ul><li>Precision: You don&rsquo;t just &quot;fix&quot; things; you restore them to a standard of excellence.</li><li>Ownership: You own the truck, the tools, and the outcome. No excuses.</li><li>Growth: You are expected to master your craft and lead others as we scale to 20+ trucks.</li></ul>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Plumbing Execution: Perform full-spectrum residential plumbing tasks, including drain cleaning, pipe repair/replacement, water heater installs, and fixture upgrades.</li><li>HVAC Operations: Diagnose, service, and install heating and cooling systems. Ensure peak efficiency and property protection.</li><li>Site Management: Read blueprints, manage materials, and maintain a clean, professional job site that reflects the WorryFree brand.</li><li>Technical Reporting: Use company systems to document work, track parts, and communicate clearly with the home office</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Plumbing or HVAC (Both preferred).</li><li>Certifications: Valid Driver&rsquo;s License (Required). OSHA 10/30, EPA Universal, or Journeyman card (Highly Preferred).</li><li>Physical Grit: Ability to operate in crawlspaces, basements, and all weather conditions.</li><li>Punctuality: If you are &quot;on time,&quot; you are late.
