We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Digital Marketer to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a long-term career in digital marketing.You will assist in campaign execution, content creation, performance analysis, and brand growth across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns</li><li>Manage and schedule social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)</li><li>Support SEO activities including keyword research and on-page optimization</li><li>Assist in managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) under supervision</li><li>Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics</li><li>Create marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools</li><li>Write engaging content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns</li><li>Conduct competitor research and monitor industry trends</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media platforms</li><li>Creative mindset with strong attention to detail</li><li>Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred (Good to Have)<ul><li>Internship experience in digital marketing</li><li>Knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads</li><li>Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe)</li><li>Digital marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, etc.)</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Hands-on training and mentorship</li><li>Opportunity to work on live campaigns</li><li>Career growth and professional development</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
