Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician and Wax Specialist to join our vibrant beauty team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your diverse skill set while contributing to a thriving beauty community.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, eyebrow laminations, eyelash lifts and body waxing with precision and care.</li><li>Provide professional consultations to recommend personalized skincare routines and treatment plans.</li><li>Maintain impeccable sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized according to industry regulations.</li><li>Utilize salon software such as vagaro to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficiently.</li><li>Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a positive experience that encourages repeat visits and client loyalty.</li><li>Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and satisfaction.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or barbering preferred.</li><li>Prior experience performing body waxing, facial treatments, eyelash extensions, eyebrow lamination.</li><li>Familiarity with salon management software such as Vagaro or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.</li><li>Experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness environment is advantageous.</li><li>Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for maintaining a clean and safe treatment space.
