<div>We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team in Boerne, TX! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the organizational culture of our rapidly growing mobile healthcare practice, Woundlocal.
Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>
Maintain company personnel records</li><li>
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, leave, payroll, and performance management plans (PIPs)</li><li>
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to department managers</li><li>
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and with recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance</li><li>
Create and distribute internal communications regarding any HR-related changes or announcements</li><li>
Monitor employee morale and company culture, using our mission statement and core values as tools</li><li>
Provide personnel policy and process/procedure guidance to employees and management team</li><li>
Recruit and facilitate the interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand requirements of the open position and interview qualified candidates</li><li>
Onboard new hires into Insperity and facilitate the initiation of onboarding of new hires for other departments involved in the onboarding process</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul> 

Requirements 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or related role</li><li>
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus</li></ul>
Skills, abilities, &amp; Knowledge<ul><li>
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws</li><li>
Experience with HR software and payroll systems</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information</li><li>
High level of integrity, dependability, and professionalism</li></ul>
