Job Title: CSR Truck DispatcherLocation: Lahore, 54000Job Type: Full-timeWorking Days: Monday to FridayShift Timing: 05:00 PM to 02:00 AMSalary: PKR 40,000 to 50,000 (based on experience) + Commission + Daily DinnerResponsibilities:<ul><li>Schedule and dispatch drivers for freight deliveries across routes</li><li>Monitor ongoing trips and maintain real-time communication</li><li>Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and brokers</li><li>Utilize dispatching software and load boards for assigning loads</li><li>Troubleshoot delivery or routing issues promptly</li><li>Maintain accurate records and logs of dispatch activity</li><li>Ensure compliance with company protocols and operational efficiency</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Basic understanding of U.S. logistics and freight operations is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in using computers and basic software tools</li><li>Ability to work the night shift from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Freshers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided</li></ul>Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Truck Dispatcher: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
