Job Summary
As an Associate Creative Director, you will support the leadership of the creative team in developing and executing high-quality visual concepts and strategies. Partnering closely with senior creative leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure brand consistency and contribute to the creation of compelling marketing materials and campaigns. This role requires both strong conceptual thinking and hands-on design expertise, along with the ability to guide and inspire junior creatives.
Job Responsibilities and Skills
<ul><li>Support the Creative Director in guiding and mentoring the creative team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high-quality visual concepts and designs.
</li><li>Provide day-to-day creative direction and feedback on projects, maintaining brand consistency and alignment with creative briefs and objectives.
</li><li>Partner with marketing, medical, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative, compelling campaigns that effectively communicate key messages and strengthen brand identity.
</li><li>Oversee execution of creative deliverables across print, digital, and multimedia, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
</li><li>Stay informed on design and industry trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to elevate creative work and enhance client impact.
</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
</li><li>6&ndash;8+ years of professional design experience, with prior experience in a senior or team leadership role (Associate Creative Director, Art Director, or similar).
</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
</li><li>Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and layout, with awareness of current trends and best practices in both digital and print.
</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams and with clients.
</li><li>Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
</li><li>Strong conceptual thinker with proven ability to translate strategy into compelling creative solutions.
</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to provide constructive feedback and elevate the work of junior team members.
