We are looking for a part-time Dedicated Agent to join our partner company. This role focuses on managing customer applications, collecting and processing supporting documents, and providing exceptional customer support via voice, chat, and email. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in multitasking.Requirements<ul><li>German C1, Arabic C1, English B1 (for internal communication only), Kurdish (will be a plus).</li><li>Experience in customer support through voice, chat, and email.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to collect, review, and process customer documentation accurately.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Empathy and professionalism when handling inquiries from customers, schools, and tutors.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide customer support across multiple channels: voice, chat, and email.</li><li>Managing applications by collecting supporting documents from customers and schools (via email, chat, and phone).</li><li>Conduct sales outreach by calling warm leads and finalizing contracts.</li><li>Handle pre-sales and post-sales questions.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve common issues.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents, schools, tutors, and internal teams.</li><li>Handle and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism.</li><li>Send reminders and updates as needed.</li></ul>Would be a plus<ul><li>Experience in education, admissions, or tutoring services.</li><li>Background in sales or contract handling.</li><li>Knowledge of the Kurdish language</li><li>Experience handling sensitive customer data.</li></ul>Work conditions<ul><li>Remote work.</li><li>The probation period is two months.</li><li>Schedule: 20 (twenty) hours per week - 4 (four) hours per day during European business hours, Monday through Friday.</li><li>Full-time after a few months.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: E&pound;30,000.00 - E&pound;36,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 20 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How would you assess your fluency in both spoken and written German?
