Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and execute daily learning activities based on Montessori and play-based curriculum.</li><li>Design a structured timetable ensuring a balanced routine of academics, play, art, music, and movement.</li><li>Foster an interactive classroom setting that encourages independence, curiosity, and creativity.</li><li>Observe and monitor each child&rsquo;s progress and maintain individual learning records.</li><li>Support the social and emotional development of students through positive reinforcement and guidance.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment with Montessori materials and age-appropriate resources.</li><li>Collaborate with the center head and other teachers for curriculum improvement and school programs.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents, providing feedback on children&rsquo;s development and behavior.</li><li>Implement classroom rules and routines to ensure discipline and student well-being.</li><li>Conduct circle time, storytelling, rhymes, phonics sessions, sensory activities, and outdoor play.</li><li>Ensure compliance with school policies, health, and safety standards at all times.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Graduate in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training Certification / NTT.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of teaching experience in a preschool environment, preferably Montessori-based.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus).</li><li>Energetic, patient, caring, and passionate about early childhood development.</li><li>Ability to manage classroom routines and build positive relationships with children and parents.</li><li>Creativity in planning activities and classroom displays.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;7,000.00 - &#8377;8,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
