Management of data governance process in Maconomy business systems and related platforms. Review the Master Data creation and Modification.

What you'll be doing:
<ul>
<li>Customer/Employee/Vendor Master Data Setup</li>
<li>Data and Process Mapping</li>
<li>Data Audits and Assessments</li>
<li>Dealing with escalated client queries</li>
<li>Dashboard for monthly and quarterly audit.</li>
<li>Data Quality Risk Assessment, Management and Mitigation</li>
<li>Management of data governance process in Maconomy business systems and related platforms.</li>
<li>Ensuring that data is maintained to a high standard of accuracy and within defined SLA's</li>
<li>Identification and investigation of issues relayed to systems master data - taking corrective action where appropriate.</li>
<li>Checking, updating and maintaining internal system information</li>
<li>Involvement in project-based activity such as data collection, cleansing, migration and testing where appropriate.</li>
<li>Ensuring we comply with SOX Controls</li>
<li>Review the Master Data creation and Modification.</li>
<li>As per ICFR control, conduct daily, weekly or month review of Vendor and Client creation and modification.</li>
<li>1 yearly activity of deactivation of Vendor and Client as per process. (10 days in a year)</li>
<li>Building strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure that communications and relations are effective</li>
<li>Supporting peak business periods and escalation requests</li>
</ul>
What you'll need:
<ul>
<li>Must have 6-9 years of core MDM experience</li>
<li>Should have proficiency in the English language skills</li>
<li>Should be well-versed in technology</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of computer operating systems &amp; database technology, especially Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel etc.)</li>
<li>Process-driven and methodical, with a strong attention to detail and desire to achieve a high standard of work.</li>
<li>Good administrative, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are important, with the ability to effectively prioritize work</li>
<li>A real interest in data and databases, with an adaptable and flexible approach to work.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume, fast-paced environment, and Excellent support for customer service objectives</li>

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in compliance and ethics, particularly experienced in managing risks related to anti-bribery, fraud, and corruption (AFBAC), supply chain, cultural nuances, whistleblowing, control environments, and records management.
 
 
 The position is part of WPP's Business Integrity team, situated within the Legal function. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Head of Compliance &amp; Ethics based in Paris. This individual in turn, reports to the WPP General Counsel, Corporate Risk, located in London, who ultimately reports to the WPP Group Chief Counsel.
 
 
 
 What you'll be doing:
 
 
 
 In this pivotal role, you will drive WPP's commitment to business integrity across Central and Eastern Europe by:

 Championing Compliance: Partnering with the EMEA Compliance &amp; Ethics Director to embed WPP's business integrity program and Policy Book throughout the region, ensuring alignment of resources, systems, and processes.

 Providing Expert Guidance: Serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day compliance, ethics, and risk queries from our CEE businesses, and supporting remediation efforts where necessary.

 Proactive Risk Management: Identifying emerging concerns and root causes, then developing and recommending effective solutions and remediation actions to strengthen our control environment.

 Navigating Regulatory Landscapes: Monitoring and communicating regulatory changes, actively influencing WPP businesses to champion integrity and adhere to the WPP Policy Book and Internal Control Framework.
