<div>Our Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to designated C-Suite executives. This role requires a strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to make sound decisions independently. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex schedules, and handle sensitive information with integrity. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and supporting the leadership team in meeting organizational objectives.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 
The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Hybrid Work: 
This position will be hybrid, having the regional availability to come in our office 3 to 4 days a week.
 
Our office location: WPS Corporate Center Building - 1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI.

How do I know this opportunity is right for me? In this role you will:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and manage complex C-Suite calendars and scheduling, ensuring efficient time management for executives.</li>
<li>Provide onsite and virtual support for meetings, including preparation and coordination of logistics.</li>
<li>Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes using various business applications.</li>
<li>Arrange business travel and coordinate on-site, off-site, hybrid, and virtual meetings.</li>
<li>Lead special projects focused on process improvements and operational efficiencies.</li>
<li>Prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.</li>
<li>Assist with regulatory filings as needed, maintaining accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Coordinate and submit expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.</li>
<li>Compile and manage team weekly reports, ensuring data is accurate and delivered on time.</li>
<li>Handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.</li>
<li>4 or more years of experience providing high-level administrative support, with proven success in supporting C-suite executives.</li>
<li>Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities with a strong aptitude for decision-making and time management.</li>
<li>Proficiency in meeting technology, including setting up and troubleshooting platforms like MS Teams, and other virtual meeting tools.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, demonstrating professionalism and clarity.</li>
<li>Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments while maintaining focus on both short-term deadlines and long-term objectives.</li>
<li>Proactively identifies and solves problems, demonstrating resourcefulness and creativity while driving operational efficiencies and leveraging technology to streamline processes.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>7 or more years of experience providing high-level administrative support, with proven success in supporting C-suite executives.</li>
<li>Experience working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, and complex environment.</li>
</ul>
