From personalized keepsakes to premium corporate hampers, our mission is to redefine the art of gifting through innovation and design.We&rsquo;re looking for a Design and Product Development Assistant who can bring fresh ideas to life &mdash; blending creativity, trend insight, and strong execution skills to create beautiful, meaningful products that delight our customers and exceed their expectations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Product Ideation &amp; Conceptualization: Develop innovative product ideas in line with market trends, brand identity, and seasonal themes.</li><li>Design Development: Create mood boards, design briefs, sketches, and packaging concepts for new collections and gifting categories.</li><li>Sourcing &amp; Sampling: Work closely with vendors and artisans to source materials, manage prototypes, and ensure timely sampling and quality control.</li><li>Market &amp; Trend Research: Stay ahead of design, color, and material trends in the gifting and lifestyle industry; benchmark competitors and identify new opportunities.</li><li>Product Launch Support: Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for product positioning, pricing, and launch plans.</li><li>Vendor Coordination: Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and onboard new ones to expand the product range and improve production efficiency.</li><li>Quality &amp; Cost Management: Balance creativity with cost-effectiveness and manufacturability without compromising design integrity.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.</li><li>1-2 years of experience in product development, design, or merchandising &mdash; preferably in the gifting, lifestyle, home d&eacute;cor, or FMCG sector.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software.</li><li>Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and material understanding.</li><li>Excellent project management and communication skills &mdash; ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for beautiful, functional design.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to shape the creative direction of a growing brand in the gifting industry.</li><li>Collaborative, design-driven work culture.</li><li>Exposure to product design, sourcing, and brand strategy.</li><li>Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you&rsquo;re a creative thinker who loves transforming ideas into tangible, memorable gifts, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!Send your resume, portfolio, and a brief cover letter to hr.wrapnroll@gmail.com with the subject line: &ldquo;Application &ndash; Design &amp; Product Development Executive&rdquo;Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
