ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</h5><ul><li>
Quickly answers inbound calls from clients/prospects with appointment inquiries and/or requests regarding products /services.</li><li>
Performs outbound calls to leads and existing clients, following established outbound call protocols and utilizing persuasive communication techniques.</li><li>
Utilizes sales ability to convert calls to qualified appointments.</li><li>
Maintains positive and friendly demeanor while providing efficient and courteous services.</li><li>
Maintains knowledge of marketing campaign, uses CRM information and training to recognize opportunities for Hearing Aid Evaluation and/or Product Discussion appointments.</li><li>
Works to overcome objections and schedule revenue generating appointments during every opportunity phone call</li><li>
Maintains basic knowledge of Hearing Aid Insurance plans and follows instructions to provide simple overview of HearUSA managed care plans as applicable</li><li>
Handles Client SMS and email responses, website chat and any additional Client Care Department tasks as assigned</li><li>
Participates in team meetings and completes all assigned training.</li><li>
;Adheres to scheduled lunches, breaks and attendance policies .Reports any technical system issues as they occur.</li><li>
Follows defined processes to report any client complaints or negative client phone call interactions.</li><li>
Follows business and scheduling rules , system processes and department/company policies as defined by HearUSA leadership.</li><li>
Maintains client, employee and business confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.</li><li>
Utilizes Bilingual Spanish (or other language) skills to assist Spanish speaking (or other language) clients and schedule appointments as applicable per Client Assistant bilingual status as submitted during HearUSA employment application process.</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader">
REQUIREMENTS:</h5><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Customer service experience required</li><li>
Must have consistent positive and enthusiastic demeanor.</li><li>
Strong de-escalation skills required</li><li>
Ability to work quickly, efficiently and independently.</li><li>
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately.</li><li>
Willingness to learn new computer programs and processes.</li><li>
Willingness to work within specified business rules, phone call scripting and performance standards.</li><li>

Spanish Bilingual Client Care Assistant

<div>We are seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented Distributor Sales Manager (Indirect Business) to lead indirect sales operations across the LECA region and some distributors in Turkiye.
This role will be responsible for driving profitable growth through distributor management, market development, business planning, and strong cross-functional coordination while ensuring full compliance with local regulations and ethical business standards.<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you will do</h4><ul><li>
Drive sustainable and profitable sales growth by actively identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the assigned region.</li><li>
Manage and develop distributor networks; monitor sales performance, stock cycles, pipeline, and forecasting accuracy to ensure achievement of revenue and financial targets.</li><li>
Conduct regular business reviews and field visits to track market dynamics, competitive landscape, and maximize business opportunities.</li><li>
Lead market analysis activities to maintain an accurate understanding of market segments, size, potential, and customer demand; translate insights into actionable sales strategies.</li><li>
Own sales forecasting and demand planning by analyzing customer volumes and providing structured input to Head of Sales and Supply Chain Manager.</li><li>
Ensure effective execution of commercial plans in alignment with country regulations and contractual frameworks; manage distributor agreements and commercial terms.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Training teams to ensure operational excellence, product launches, trial follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Manage customer complaints in line with company policy and escalate critical issues appropriately.</li><li>
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, key customers, and governmental authorities while strictly adhering to Ethical Business Code and compliance standards.</li><li>
Act as the key coordination bridge between local, regional, and global stakeholders.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
What you bring</h4>
Experience and personal competencies<ul><li>
Experience in the Medical Device sector is nice to have.</li><li>
Strong distributor/indirect channel management background</li><li>
Business development and contract management experience</li><li>
Strong analytical and forecasting capability</li><li>
Knowledge of regulated markets</li><li>
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>
Fluency in English</li><li>
