 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 The
 
 Assistant HR Manager
 
 at WTF Gyms will play a pivotal role in driving the company&rsquo;s talent acquisition and HR operations. This role requires a proactive, target-oriented professional who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, lead the HR recruitment team, and ensure timely closures as per monthly TAT and business requirements.
 
 
 The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, hands-on recruitment experience, and the ability to align HR practices with the company&rsquo;s growth and culture.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 1. Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead, manage, and mentor the recruitment team to ensure all manpower requirements are fulfilled within the defined TAT.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle
 
 end-to-end hiring
 
 for multiple roles &mdash; including Sales, Trainers, Operations, and Corporate functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Independently source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for open positions across verticals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute
 
 monthly hiring targets
 
 in coordination with business heads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline through internal databases, job portals, referrals, and social media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor daily hiring progress and maintain accurate hiring dashboards and reports.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 2. Recruitment Planning &amp; Strategy
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business expansion and seasonal hiring needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements and create hiring calendars.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure
 
 TAT-based recruitment
 
 is achieved consistently each month.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong industry networks and relationships with placement agencies, institutes, and recruitment partners.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 3. HR Operations &amp; Team Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise the recruitment team&rsquo;s daily performance, allocate hiring tasks, and track progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct weekly review meetings to ensure target achievement and process compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth coordination between HR, Training, and Operations teams for joining formalities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 4. Reporting &amp; Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and monthly dashboards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Share weekly/monthly recruitment reports with management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all HR policies, processes, and documentation standards.
 </li>
 </ul>

 end-to-end recruitment
 
 and team handling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong
 
 leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 
 </li>
 <li>

 high-volume hiring
 
 within strict TAT timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 coordination and follow-up
 
 abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and Excel reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Result-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 3&ndash;6 years
 
 of experience in recruitment or HR management (preferably in fitness, retail, or service industry).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in
 
 leading a recruitment team
 
 or managing TAT-based hiring will be preferred.
 </li>
