 Role Overview
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re hiring a
 
 cutting-edge graphic designer
 
 who can own and elevate the entire visual universe of WTF Gyms. This role is for someone who lives and breathes design, understands branding deeply, and can translate bold ideas into stunning visuals&mdash;across digital, physical, and experiential spaces.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Brand &amp; Visual Identity
 
 
 <ul>

 Own and evolve the WTF Gyms visual language across all platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistency, innovation, and premium quality in every design output
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate brand strategy into powerful visual storytelling
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Marketing &amp; Advertising
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design high-conversion creatives for:
 </li>
 <li>
 Digital ads (Meta, Google, YouTube, App campaigns)
 </li>
 <li>
 Hoardings, posters, flyers, standees
 </li>
 <li>
 Performance marketing &amp; growth campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Create campaign-specific visual systems that scale
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Gym &amp; Space Design
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design in-gym branding elements:
 </li>
 <li>
 Wall graphics, murals, typography systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Signage, wayfinding, motivational visuals
 </li>
 <li>
 Interior branding assets that elevate member experience
 </li>

 Content &amp; Social Media
 
 
 <ul>

 Design scroll-stopping social media creatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with content and marketing teams to bring ideas to life visually
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a strong design POV while adapting to trends and platforms
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Creative Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>

 Work closely with marketing, product, ops, and leadership teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate briefs into powerful concepts and executions
 </li>
 <li>
 Take ownership from idea &rarr; execution &rarr; final delivery

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Must-Have Skills

 Exceptional graphic design skills with a strong, modern portfolio
 </li>
 <li>
 Mastery of tools like
 
 Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
 
 (After Effects / Figma is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of
 
 branding, typography, color theory, and composition
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to design across
 
 digital + physical + experiential mediums
 
 </li>

 Mindset &amp; Personality

 Obsessed with quality, detail, and originality
 </li>
 <li>
 Thinks beyond &ldquo;pretty visuals&rdquo; and designs with purpose

 Stays ahead of design, culture, and creative trends

 Passion for fitness, lifestyle, or culture brands is a big plus

 Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
