Social Media Executive

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to be the visual guardian and innovator for the Joelle Group's brands. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is critical in shaping the aesthetic of our marketing campaigns across all platforms. You will be expected to create sophisticated, on-trend designs that resonate with our elite clientele and maintain the luxurious, aspirational standard of the brand.Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Campaign Design &amp; Execution: Conceptualize and design visually arresting graphics for high-profile marketing campaigns across digital media, including Instagram, TikTok, website banners, and email newsletters.</li><li>Print and Packaging: Design elegant collateral for retail and in-clinic use, such as brochures, menus of services, luxury packaging, and large-format event signage, ensuring print-ready quality.</li><li>Luxury Brand Adherence: Act as the primary gatekeeper for the brand's visual identity, meticulously ensuring that all designs&mdash;from color palettes and typography to photo editing&mdash;are consistent with the luxurious and premium aesthetic of the Joelle Group.</li><li>Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Content Creators, and the CEO to quickly translate high-level creative direction and business objectives into executable design concepts.</li><li>Image Retouching &amp; Editing: Perform professional-level photo retouching and manipulation for all campaign and social media imagery, maintaining a high standard of quality for our celebrity-aligned brand.</li><li>Asset Management: Efficiently organize and manage a large library of digital assets (photos, videos, design files) for easy retrieval and usage across the team.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience &amp; Portfolio: Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience in a high-end luxury, beauty, fashion, or media environment is strongly preferred. A sophisticated and diverse portfolio is essential.</li><li>Technical Expertise: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is mandatory.</li><li>Visual IQ: Exceptional eye for luxury aesthetics, layout, and composition, with an up-to-date knowledge of global and regional design and social media trends.</li><li>Speed and Adaptability: Proven ability to manage a high volume of projects under tight deadlines and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Communication: Strong ability to present and defend creative concepts clearly to C-suite leadership and incorporate feedback efficiently.</li><li>Location: Dubai, UAE.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED7,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
