********Required: Full-Time, Mandarin*********Job Overview We are seeking a Medical Front Desk professional to join our Ophthalmology/Optometry healthcare team full-time. This role is ideal for bilingual candidates fluent in Mandarin and English, who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient service and supporting efficient clinic operations. As the first point of contact, you will manage patient interactions, coordinate appointments, and handle administrative tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. Join us to make a meaningful difference in patient care while advancing your career in a vibrant healthcare environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service in Mandarin and English, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage patient intake using EHR eClinicalWorks.</li><li>Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance verification, and assist with billing processes including medical collection procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records by reviewing documentation, managing medical office files, and updating patient information securely in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, handle appointment rescheduling, and address patient inquiries with clarity and empathy.</li><li>Support office management activities such as filing, data entry, and management.</li><li>Coordinate with clinical staff on care plans, medical scheduling, and follow-up appointments to ensure seamless clinic operations.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is not required however greatly welcomed.</li></ul>Pay can be negotiated depending on experience and growth during probational period.Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
