Salary listed is a starting range for this position and is ultimately dependent upon experience, qualifications, and certifications.The responsibilities of our Teacher position include, but are not limited to, supervising the safety of all children assigned to their care, researching, facilitating, and co-constructing alongside our children, developing emergent curriculum in response to the collaborative needs and interests of the class, documenting and communicating children&rsquo;s progress, and displaying children&rsquo;s ongoing project work throughout the school. Additional responsibilities include attending to diapering needs of the children, cleaning and tidying within facility, and preparing snacks. All teachers must maintain required credentials for the position such as professional development hours. Teachers in this position will work collaboratively with other teachers within the facility to coordinate curriculum and ensure a consistent flow throughout the day.Requirements of Qualified Candidates:&middot; Must be at least 18 years old&middot; Successful state background check and health assessments&middot; Reliable and strong work ethic a must&middot; Neat, clean, professional appearance&middot; Ability to manage the demands of children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old&middot; Spoken and written English fluency (Spanish fluency a plus)&middot; Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:&middot; CPR / First Aid Certifications&middot; Experience with Reggio Emilia Approach&middot; Knowledge and understanding of current state and local regulationsWunderkind Staff members enjoy:&middot; A competitive salary&middot; Amazing team environment and professionalism&middot; Paid training&middot; Advancement opportunitiesJob Type: Full-timePay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
