Role OverviewThe Project Manager shall be responsible for the complete planning, coordination, and execution of fit-out works across all project, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining full compliance with authority requirements (QCDD, Municipality, etc.).Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning &amp; Control<ul><li>Develop and manage the overall project schedule</li><li>Define floor-wise execution strategy</li><li>Monitor progress and ensure milestones are achieved</li><li>Identify risks and implement corrective actions</li></ul>2. Coordination (MOST IMPORTANT)<ul><li>Coordinate between:</li><li>Client / Landlord</li><li>Design Consultant (Taj Design Consultancy)</li><li>Execution Team (World Wide Interior)</li><li>MEP Contractors &amp; Suppliers</li><li>Ensure drawings are clear, coordinated, and issued on time</li><li>Conduct weekly coordination meetings</li></ul>3. Site Execution Management<ul><li>Oversee all site activities across floors</li><li>Ensure work is executed as per:</li><li>Approved drawings</li><li>Specifications</li><li>Safety standards</li><li>Manage site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors</li></ul>4. Cost &amp; Commercial Control<ul><li>Monitor project budget and expenses</li><li>Control variations and change orders</li><li>Verify contractor invoices and progress payments</li><li>Ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality</li></ul>5. Authority &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Coordinate for approvals (QCDD, Municipality, Kahramaa, etc.)</li><li>Ensure all works comply with NFPA and local regulations</li><li>Manage inspection processes and approvals</li></ul>6. Quality Control<ul><li>Ensure high-quality finishes and workmanship</li><li>Conduct inspections and snagging</li><li>Ensure proper closure of defects</li></ul>7. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Submit:</li><li>Weekly progress reports</li><li>Delay reports (if any)</li><li>Site updates</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of:</li><li>Drawings</li><li>Approvals</li><li>Site instructions</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in fit-out / construction</li><li>Experience in commercial / office fit-out projects</li><li>Strong understanding of:</li><li>Architectural drawings</li><li>MEP systems</li><li>Authority approvals (Qatar preferred)</li><li>Ability to manage multi-floor / large-scale projects</li><li>Strong leadership and decision-making skills</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Project delivered on time</li><li>Project delivered within budget</li><li>Minimum rework / errors</li><li>Smooth authority approvals</li><li>Client satisfaction</li></ul>Important Note (Internal Expectation)The Project Manager is expected to take full ownership of the project, ensuring:<ul><li>No delays due to coordination failures</li><li>No execution without approved drawings</li><li>Immediate resolution of site issues</li></ul>Failure to meet project expectations may result in replacement from the role.&ldquo;This role is not supervisory &mdash; it is fully accountable for delivery.&rdquo;Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Construction: 7 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
