The trainer ensures trainees acquire employable skills, industry-relevant knowledge, and workplace readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery<ul><li>Deliver theory and practical training as per DDU-GKY and LSC-approved curriculum for Warehouse Associate QPs</li><li>Conduct hands-on demonstrations on warehouse operations, material handling, inventory management, and safety practices</li><li>Use participatory training methods, including role plays, case studies, simulations, and practical exercises</li></ul>Curriculum &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Follow SSCs, NSDC, and DDU-GKY guidelines strictly</li><li>Prepare lesson plans, session plans, and training schedules</li><li>Ensure compliance with course hours, attendance, and assessment norms</li></ul>Assessment &amp; Evaluation<ul><li>Conduct continuous assessments, mock tests, and practice sessions</li><li>Prepare candidates for third-party assessments and certifications</li><li>Identify learning gaps and provide remedial training</li></ul>Trainee Management<ul><li>Maintain daily attendance, batch records, and trainee performance data</li><li>Counsel trainees on career paths, workplace behavior, and employability skills</li><li>Motivate trainees to complete the course and accept placements</li></ul>Placement &amp; Industry Exposure<ul><li>Support on-the-job training (OJT), internships, and industry visits</li><li>Coordinate with placement teams to ensure job readiness</li><li>Provide post-placement tracking support when required</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain training documentation as per DDU-GKY MIS requirements</li><li>Submit periodic reports to the Project Manager / Centre Head</li><li>Assist during monitoring visits, audits, and inspections</li></ul>Safety &amp; Discipline<ul><li>Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in training labs</li><li>Promote workplace discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes</li><li>Ability to train youth from rural backgrounds</li><li>Good communication and presentation skills</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MIS, MS Office)</li><li>Strong interpersonal and motivational skills</li></ul>Educational Qualification<ul><li>Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields</li></ul>(OR)<ul><li>Minimum 10+2 with relevant industry experience (as per SSC norms)</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in warehouse / logistics operations</li><li>1+ year training or mentoring experience preferred</li><li>Certified Trainer / Assessor under Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC) preferred</li></ul>Certification (Preferred)<ul><li>SSC-approved Trainer Certification (LSC)</li><li>ToT (Training of Trainers) certification as per NSDC guidelines</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Full-time, center-based training role</li><li>May require flexible hours, field visits, or industry exposure activities</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Batch completion rate</li><li>Assessment and certification success rate</li><li>Placement and retention rate</li><li>Trainee satisfaction and feedback</li><li>Compliance with DDU-GKY norms</li></ul>Communication:Mob: 9039538492Email: wwsoltd1994@gmail.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹11,933.82 - ₹31,443.40 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
