Job Title: Performance Marketing InternLocation: Wagle Estate Duration: 3-6 months Stipend:6k - 8k per monthAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and learning the foundations of paid media campaigns. You will gain hands-on experience across various digital channels while working closely with the marketing team to drive measurable growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.</li><li>Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives.</li><li>Support A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to maximize results.</li><li>Assist with budget tracking and ensure campaigns run within allocated budgets.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Strong interest in digital marketing and analytics.</li><li>Basic understanding of online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
