We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writing Trainee to join our dynamic team.Job Summary:As a Technical Writing Trainee, you will assist in creating, editing, and maintaining high-quality documentation that enhances user experience. You will work closely with product development, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure that technical content is accurate, clear, and user-friendly.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the creation and updating of product documentation, including user manuals, online help, release notes, and technical guides.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy.</li><li>Write clear, concise, and structured content tailored to the target audience.</li><li>Review and edit existing documentation to improve readability and usability.</li><li>Ensure documentation aligns with company standards and style guidelines.</li><li>Support documentation projects and meet assigned deadlines.</li><li>Participate in improving documentation processes and best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.</li><li>Attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li></ul>If you are passionate about technical writing and eager to gain real-world experience, we encourage you to apply!Job Types: Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: From &#8377;21,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
