Wyatt Construct is hiring a Lead Installer / Crew Lead to run field production, direct daily crew flow, protect quality, and keep jobs moving the right way.This is not just a labor position. We need someone who can lead the day on site, assign tasks, catch problems early, maintain standards, and reduce owner firefighting.You must be able to keep jobs organized, communicate clearly, protect customer property, and finish work with low rework.What you will do<ul><li>Lead daily crew task flow on site</li><li>Run work according to the work order and production plan</li><li>Keep pace strong without sacrificing quality</li><li>Catch scope, material, or quality issues early</li><li>Communicate clearly with the Production Manager and office</li><li>Enforce safety, cleanup, and property-protection standards</li><li>Manage punch items and closeout expectations</li><li>Help train less experienced installers</li><li>Keep documentation and photos tight</li></ul>What we are looking for<ul><li>Strong field leadership</li><li>Good communication</li><li>Clean jobsite standards</li><li>Low rework</li><li>Good pace and accountability</li><li>Can solve normal field issues without drama</li><li>Can lead people without constant oversight</li></ul>Pay$29-$33/hr depending on leadership, quality control, pace, and independence.Position typeFull-timeScheduleMonday-Friday, with some overtime or weather-based schedule changes as needed.Apply if you are<ul><li>dependable</li><li>production-minded</li><li>organized</li><li>safety-aware</li><li>able to lead others</li><li>serious about quality and pace</li></ul>Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
