<div><div><p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p>
<ul><li>Fill bags to required weights and palletize finished product</li>
<li>Shrink‑wrap pallets and move materials using forklifts</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe work area</li>
<li>Follow MSHA safety standards and operating procedures</li>
<li>Work closely with the production team</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></p>
<ul><li>Ability to read, write, and perform basic math</li>
<li>Willingness to learn equipment and forklift operation</li>
<li>Reliable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented</li>
<li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)</li>
<li>Available to work rotating shifts</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Work Environment</b></p>
<ul><li>Working in a fast-moving production environment</li>
<li>Standing, lifting, and working around machinery</li>
<li>Exposure to outdoor weather conditions</li>
<li>Compliance with safety, PPE, and Respiratory Protection Program requirements</li>
