Position Summary

ALL Crane &amp; Equipment Rental Corp. has an opportunity for an experienced Painter &amp; Surface Prepper to work on mobile canes, heavy duty trucks, trailers, and various construction related equipment in a body shop environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package. The position is eligible for a candidate sign-on bonus of $100after 100 days of continuous employment.

Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Prepare equipment, product and assemblies for painting</li>
<li>Prime, paint and sand materials</li>
<li>Assemble and inspect product ensuring work meets company quality standards</li>
<li>Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other applicable regulations</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Skills and Experience Requirements
<ul>
<li>Has knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures in painting operations</li>
<li>Able to use/lift fully loaded spray guns and work with/around spray paints requiring use of a respirator or fresh air system</li>
<li>Able to use sanders, grinders, wire wheels and other hand tools</li>
<li>Must be able to stand/walk around for long periods of time</li>
<li>Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl on heavy construction equipment to gain access to different areas</li>
<li>Should be able to lift up to 50 pounds</li>
<li>Able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed</li>
