 Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
 
 
 We are looking for a
 
 "Production Manager&rdquo;
 
 located in
 
 Antalya
 
 for our business partner in airport food services industry.
 
 
 
 
 
 The person in this role will manage the daily production of 70 different food items, serving a total of 10,000 portions per day, ensuring that all production processes run efficiently, hygienically, and in accordance with quality standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Planning, implementing, and continuously improving production processes and workforce organization,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring cost control and procurement processes within production,
 </li>
 <li>
 Building, training, and supervising teams that manage kitchen operations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with various restaurants to meet their specific production needs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with relevant departments to optimize stock management and logistics processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Following food technology trends and improving production methods accordingly.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree in Food Engineering, Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 8&ndash;10 years of managerial experience in large-scale industrial kitchens or central production facilities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in managing production processes in airline catering services, hotel chains, or large restaurant groups, leading large-scale kitchen operations and semi-finished product production,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in production management within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership in team management and performance enhancement processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong team management and leadership skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Result-oriented with the ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment,
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced communication and problem-solving skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Innovative, process improvement-focused, with strong analytical thinking abilities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety management systems.
 </li>
