 We are looking for a Procurement Packaging Manager to our client who is the global market leader in food and beverage services sector.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Establish and nurture strong working relationships with stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the project lead in managing procurement-related projects and initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Detect, address, and report risks to the appropriate departments in a timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate effective knowledge transfer from the external procurement team to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Play a key role in developing a procurement process that is fully aligned with internal policies and compliance requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply sourcing strategies defined by Global Procurement, including activities such as tenders and benchmarking
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with stakeholders and team members to identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead supplier negotiations to maintain targets and ensure cost control
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the contracting process in accordance with established procurement guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a deep understanding of international procurement standards, project execution, performance tracking, and contract lifecycle management
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from relevant university departments
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of procurement experience (experience in the food industry is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical thinking skills and result-oriented mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Agility and quick learning ability
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for improvement and proactive attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills
 </li>
