Job Title: Order Management SpecialistLocation: Los Angeles, CA 90065 (Hybrid Tuesday &ndash; Thursday onsite)Job Type: Contract-to-HireDuration: 6 monthsSummary:<ul><li>We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Management Data Associate (Contract) to support our wholesale retail operations in the fast-paced beauty industry. This role is essential in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of order data across internal systems and retail partner portals. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, data-driven mindset, has experience working with beauty retailers, and understands the nuances of EDI orders, vendor compliance, and fulfillment timelines in the beauty space.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Download each customer's order on SPS Commerce EDI and manually organize the data into a master file.</li><li>Compare the order quantity to warehouse's inventory balance report to check the order fulfillment status of each customer order.</li><li>Responsible for entering data accurately into the respective system without duplicates.</li><li>Provide administrative support by managing customer order details including the order quantity and the order amount by each customer by each SKU on a weekly &amp; Monthly basis.</li><li>Support in ensuring that the customer orders are processed in a timely manner by communicating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Monitor status of REACH orders and update ASN and Invoice in SPS commerce</li><li>Understand allowance/discount for each vendor and ensure to submit correctly</li><li>Troubleshoot any issues related ASN and invoice in SPS commerce</li><li>Submit shipment information and billing invoice to customers.</li><li>Ability to confirm orders (pricing validation and shipping window extension if necessary).</li><li>Any required troubleshooting and customer service.</li><li>Issue credit/return orders.</li><li>Collaborate with finance team, warehouse team to investigate</li><li>Ability to handle high volume of vendors</li><li>Ability to handle high volume of PO</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or in another field, but seeking a career in Operations.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in an order management, data entry, or sales support role within a wholesale or retail beauty brand.</li><li>Familiarity with retailer portals and EDI transactions</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).</li><li>Experience with an ERP system is a plus, preferably SAP.</li><li>Desire to always look for areas for process improvements and eliminate non-value-added activities.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
