 Project Manager
 
 to their Richmond team. This is a great opportunity to take the lead on large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects while stepping into a company that offers stability, strong project pipelines, and clear long-term progression.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 🔨 The Role
 
 
 
 As Project Manager, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of major multifamily projects&mdash;from preconstruction planning through turnover. You&rsquo;ll oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, documentation, and client communication while partnering closely with field operations to drive successful delivery.

 ✅ What We're Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8&ndash;10+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial or multifamily construction
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of ground-up building processes and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with subcontractor procurement, budget management, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and leadership skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build strong relationships with owners, design teams, and field personnel
 </li>
 </ul>
