 Key Responsibilities

 <li>
 Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present project status reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and recommendations.
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in architectural project management, within a consulting or engineering firm.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage projects of varying size and complexity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
 </li>

 </li>
 <li>

 </li>
 <li>
 Drive opportunity identification, qualification, and pursuit efforts through effective networking, relationship management, and market intelligence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments within KSA and the wider GCC region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility and expand professional networks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report on Winning Work KPIs, including pipeline activity, hit rates, and forecast performance against targets.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 10 years&rsquo; professional experience in work winning, business development, or related roles within the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of the KSA market and business culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in leading and securing new project opportunities and managing client relationships in a competitive environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of project financials, bid strategy, and contract negotiation.
 </li>

 Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
