This hybrid role combines the best of both worlds user-centered digital interface design and compelling visual storytelling for branding and marketing. You&rsquo;ll be at the heart of shaping how our brand looks, feels, and functions across digital products and marketing channels.Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design (Web &amp; Mobile):<ul><li>Design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional interfaces for web and mobile applications.</li><li>Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Photoshop, Adobe XD, or Sketch.</li><li>Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.</li><li>Ensure responsive, adaptive, and accessible design implementation (WCAG standards).</li><li>Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of design with user needs and business goals.</li><li>Provide detailed design specifications and handoffs to development teams.</li></ul>Graphic &amp; Visual Design:<ul><li>Design branding and marketing assets such as logos, social media creatives, banners, ads, brochures, and packaging.</li><li>Develop and maintain consistent visual identity, including brand color schemes, typography, and iconography.</li><li>Work closely with marketing and content teams to create compelling visual assets for campaigns.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets with a focus on quality and consistency.</li></ul>Qualifications Education:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>3&ndash;4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and graphic design for web, mobile, and print.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX case studies as well as diverse graphic design projects.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe XD, or Sketch.</li><li>Familiarity with tools like InVision, Axure, or similar for prototyping and collaboration.</li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end principles is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of accessibility guidelines and best practices for user-centric design.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>A versatile designer who can switch effortlessly between app interfaces and brand visuals.</li><li>Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of user behavior.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li></ul>Why Join XAutonomous?Be part of a forward-thinking team where design isn't just decoration.
