We are looking for a <b>Product Marketing Manager</b> to own and drive growth in the <b>SMB segment</b> This role is at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth, requiring you to define positioning, craft lifecycle communications, and drive funnel efficiency for a self-serve, marketing-led motion.</p><p>
You will be responsible for building and executing strategies that build top of the funnel &amp; drive the users from <b>sign-up activation transaction</b>, ensuring scalable, low human touch adoption.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p><b>
Top of the funnel growth: </b>Design and execute acquisition initiatives in collaboration with the content/design/performance marketing team (content, paid, partnerships, SEO/ASO, community) to bring high-intent SMB users into the funnel.</p></li><li><div><b><br>
Segment Ownership:</b> Build and own SMB segment goals across the funnel - from sign-ups to activations and transactions.</div></li><li><div><b><br>
Positioning &amp; Messaging:</b> Craft clear and differentiated product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to SMB needs.</div></li><li><div><b><br>
Lifecycle Communication:</b> Design and execute lifecycle campaigns (emails, nudges, in-app comms) to improve onboarding, adoption, and retention.</div></li><li><div><b><br>
Multi-Channel Playbooks:</b> Create and stitch together scalable playbooks across channels - paid, nurtures</div></li><li><div><b><br>
Funnel Optimization:</b> Partner closely with the product team to identify friction points, improve onboarding flows, and deploy adoption triggers.</div></li><li><p><b><br>
Low-Touch Sales Motion:</b> Enable a marketing-led, self-serve funnel for SMBs, reducing dependency on high-touch sales.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></p><ul><li><p>
4&ndash;7 years of experience in product marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing (preferably in SaaS, B2B fintech domains).</p></li><li><div><br>
Strong understanding of SMB buying behavior and ability to translate product features into customer-centric benefits.</div></li><li><div><br>
Experience building multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, retargeting).</div></li><li><div><br>
Analytical mindset with hands-on comfort in funnel metrics, experimentation, and optimization.</div></li><li><div><br>
Collaborative team player with the ability to work across marketing, product, and design.</div></li><li><p><br>
Experience in self-serve or PLG (product-led growth) motions is a strong plus.</p></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div><div></div>
