From professional pole athletes to fitness enthusiasts, we provide world-class products that help people explore movement, strength, and self-expression.As we expand our reach in India, we&rsquo;re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to help us grow partnerships with gyms, studios, yoga schools, and fitness centres nationwide &mdash; taking pole and aerial fitness to new heights across the subcontinent.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and onboard new gyms, studios, yoga schools, fitness centres, and wellness spaces as X-POLE partners.</li><li>Drive sales of X-POLE and Mighty Grip products across India through B2B and institutional partnerships.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with studio owners, fitness trainers, and community leaders.</li><li>Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets &mdash; with incentives and bonuses for exceeding goals.</li><li>Plan and execute promotional activities, product demos, and workshops in collaboration with the marketing team.</li><li>Research and report on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities in the fitness ecosystem.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams on proposals, quotations, logistics, and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.</li><li>Represent X-POLE India at fitness events, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in sales or business development within the fitness, wellness, or sports industry.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills &mdash; both in person and digitally.</li><li>Strong organisational and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Comfortable presenting to clients, leading meetings, and representing the brand professionally.</li><li>Knowledge of the Indian fitness and wellness industry &mdash; particularly gyms, studios, and yoga schools &mdash; is essential.</li><li>A passion for fitness and an interest in pole and aerial arts is a major plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives and bonuses.</li><li>Opportunities to travel, network, and grow with a global brand.</li><li>Training and mentorship from international X-POLE teams.</li><li>Be part of a vibrant and growing fitness movement redefining strength, art, and empowerment.</li></ul>How to ApplySend your CV and a short cover letter telling us why you&rsquo;d be a great fit for X-POLE India.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,251.08 - &#8377;36,095.21 per monthWork Location: In person
