Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Inventory Specialist to manage inventory planning, stock health, and replenishment across multiple Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate understands Amazon Seller Central, FBA operations, and can proactively prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>
Monitor and manage inventory levels across Amazon Seller Central</li>
<li>Create and maintain replenishment and forecasting plans for FBA.</li>
<li>Track sell-through rates, days of inventory, and restock limits</li>
<li>Prevent stockouts, excess inventory, and stranded inventory</li>
<li>Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams</li>
<li>Create and manage FBA shipment plans and resolve related issues</li>
<li>Monitor Amazon inventory performance metrics (IPI, storage limits, aging inventory)</li>
<li>Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports</li>
<li>Support product launches with inventory planning</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>
2+ years of experience managing Amazon inventory (FBA)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA workflows</li>
<li>Experience with inventory forecasting and demand planning</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)</li>
<li>Ability to analyze sales trends and make data-driven decisions</li>
<li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li>
<li>Experience with multiple marketplaces (US, UK, EU) is a plus
</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul>
<li>
Experience with inventory tools (SoStocked)</li>
<li>Understanding of freight timelines and import/export basics</li>
<li>Experience working with agencies or multi-brand accounts</li>
