 We are seeking a highly skilled
 
 Senior Shopify Developer
 
 with deep expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and funnel optimization to maximize website performance and drive sales across our e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the latest design and development tools, including Replo and Figma, to create visually compelling and high-converting Shopify storefronts.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop and Optimize Shopify Stores: Build, maintain, and optimize custom Shopify themes and templates with a focus on enhancing user experience, maximizing conversion rates, and aligning with brand aesthetics and guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze customer behavior and website performance data to implement A/B tests, optimize user flows, and continuously improve the conversion rates of all Shopify stores
 </li>
 <li>
 Funnel Development: Design and implement effective sales funnels that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, using data-driven insights and best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to ensure cohesive and optimized design and functionality, leveraging tools like Replo and Figma for modern, responsive designs
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement SEO and Security Best Practices: Ensure all Shopify stores are optimized for search engines and adhere to the latest security protocols to protect customer data and maintain site integrity
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay Current with Shopify Updates: Keep all stores updated with the latest Shopify platform updates, features, and functionalities
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support for troubleshooting and bug resolution, mentor junior developers, and conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct Regular Audits: Perform quarterly audits of all Shopify stores to identify performance gaps, recommend improvements, and implement changes to enhance site performance and conversion rates
 </li>
 <li>
 Documentation and SOPs: Develop and maintain best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation to ensure streamlined workflows and processes

 Requirements
 
 
 
 Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Shopify Developer with a strong focus on CRO and funnel optimization.
 
 
 <ul>

 Proficiency in developing and customizing Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using Replo and Figma to create modern, visually appealing, and high-converting e-commerce designs
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, UX/UI design principles, and how to leverage these to drive sales and improve customer experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience in implementing SEO strategies and maintaining security best practices for Shopify websites
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze data, conduct A/B testing, and derive actionable insights to improve site performance
 </li>
 <li>

 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eBay &amp; Walmart Marketplace Specialist to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot our product listings. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in listing creation, optimization, compliance handling, and effective communication with marketplace support teams to ensure smooth operations and high sales performance.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 Create, edit, and optimize product listings on Walmart and eBay to maximize visibility and sales.
 
 
 Ensure keyword-rich, SEO-friendly content for product titles, descriptions, and attributes.
 
 
 Handle compliance issues, including Walmart listing reinstatements and policy violation resolutions.
 
 
 Communicate effectively with Walmart &amp; eBay Seller Support to resolve listing or account issues promptly.
