 About the Role:
 
 
 
 We're seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to take the lead in crafting engaging content and strategically managing our presence across all brand social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating compelling content, fostering community engagement, and analyzing performance to drive brand awareness and growth. A strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels is essential for this role.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Content Creation &amp; Curation: Develop and create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, Reels, TikToks, etc.) tailored to each platform and brand voice
 </li>
 <li>
 Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of all brand social media accounts (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategy Development &amp; Implementation: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals for each brand
 </li>
 <li>
 TikTok &amp; Reels Expertise: Conceptualize, create, and optimize engaging short-form video content specifically for TikTok and Instagram Reels to maximize reach and engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, and build a strong online community around each brand
 </li>
 <li>
 Performance Monitoring &amp; Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within TikTok and Instagram Reels
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, brand, and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Staying Updated: Continuously learn and adapt to new platform features, algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, managing multiple brand social media accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrable expertise in creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, with a strong understanding of their unique audiences and trends. Please provide examples of your work or portfolio
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
