</div><div><b>Responsibilities</b><b>:</b></div><ul><li>
Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows server environments in both on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
</li><li>Design, implement, and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Git, and other DevOps automation technologies.
</li><li>Deploy, configure, operate, and maintain SUSE Rancher Prime RKE2 Kubernetes clusters to support containerized applications.
</li><li>Monitor system performance, availability, and security while proactively identifying and resolving infrastructure issues.
</li><li>Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
</li><li>Collaborate with software developers, cybersecurity teams, and systems engineers to integrate DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
</li><li>Implement security controls, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements across enterprise environments.
</li><li>Support Kubernetes workloads, container orchestration, networking, storage, and cluster lifecycle management.
</li><li>Perform system patching, upgrades, backup, disaster recovery, and configuration management activities.
</li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system architecture documentation.
</li><li>Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, application deployment, and containerization issues across multiple environments.
</li><li>Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
</li><li>Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure supporting mission-critical applications.
</li><li>Support Agile development teams by enabling continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing capabilities.

Minimum Requirement:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
</li><li>5+ years of experience administering Linux and Windows enterprise server environments.
</li><li>Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using:
<ul><li>Jenkins
</li><li>Ansible
</li><li>Git/GitLab/GitHub
</li><li>Maven, Gradle, or similar build automation tools
</li></ul></li><li>Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes environments, specifically:
<ul><li>SUSE Rancher Prime
</li><li>RKE2 (Rancher Kubernetes Engine 2)
</li><li>Helm
</li><li>Kubernetes networking and storage
</li></ul></li><li>Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
</li><li>Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation frameworks).
</li><li>Experience with scripting languages including Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
</li><li>Strong understanding of Linux system administration (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE, etc.).
</li><li>Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
</li><li>Familiarity with DevSecOps methodologies and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
</li><li>Experience with vulnerability scanning, security hardening, STIG implementation, and compliance frameworks.
</li><li>Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
</li><li>Experience monitoring infrastructure using enterprise monitoring and logging platforms.
</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

The Communications and Public Outreach Specialist serves as a key driver in consolidating and communicating cohesive messaging to various IC community stakeholders. This role is essential in advancing the agency mission by promoting its research efforts, technology transitions, and overall brand presence. The successful candidate will navigate both publicly facing (unclassified) and Intelligence Community (classified) audiences, ensuring all communications are compliant with agency requirements.<br>

<b>Responsibilities:</b><br>
Strategic Communications &amp; Outreach Campaigns<ul><li>
Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and evaluate comprehensive outreach and engagement plans that align with the agency&rsquo;s strategic goals, technology transition missions, and requirements collection.</li><li>
Media Relations: Maintain and update (bi-monthly) the core news reporters list. Coordinate all pre-publication and security reviews for media content.</li></ul><br>
Content Development &amp; Multimedia Production<ul><li>
Digital Content Management: Support and manage unclassified and classified content for IC Agency website applications, social media platforms, and Wikipedia/Intelink pages, ensuring information is timely and accurate.</li><li>
Writing &amp; Editing: Draft professional news articles (e.g., showcase, transition), monthly newsletters, speeches, talking points, and update technical documents ensuring accuracy and public affairs compliance.</li><li>
Visual &amp; Graphic Design: Generate comprehensive visual media, including slick sheets, presentation graphics, posters, logo designs, and graphic diagrams.</li><li>
Video Production: Manage pre- and post-production for final videos and/or animations of IC Agency-sponsored events and programs.</li></ul><br>
Academic Partnerships<ul><li>
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with program teams and acquisition staff to ensure Intellectual Property (IP) rights are accurately captured and communicated. Generate materials conveying partnership processes to stakeholders.</li><li>
Publication Cataloging: Document, log, and maintain a comprehensive catalog of peer-reviewed public publications resulting from Agency-funded research.</li></ul><b><br>

<b>Requirement:</b><ul><li>
Education &amp; Experience: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or Media Studies plus five (5) years of combined experience in communications, public affairs, graphics design, or web content management; OR a High School Diploma plus ten (10) years of the aforementioned combined experience.</li><li>
Strategic Expertise: Demonstrated experience drafting, executing, and evaluating strategic communications plans against an organization's specific goals, objectives, and priorities.</li></ul><br>
