About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Female Technical Recruiter to join our HR/Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have 1.5&ndash;2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, strong knowledge of technical skill sets, and the ability to manage the entire recruitment cycle efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements.</li><li>Source candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.).</li><li>Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Conduct initial interviews and assessments before forwarding candidates to technical teams.</li><li>Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communication with candidates.</li><li>Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.</li><li>Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.</li><li>Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and provide regular hiring status reports.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>1.5 &ndash; 2 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment.</li><li>Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).</li><li>Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.</li></ul>Please share your resume at: careers@xcentricservices.com or whatsapp at: 0300-8002084 Shift Timings: 9am To 6pm (Mon-Fri) Located: Plaza Number 10-K Commercial , Phase 1, DHA Lahore PakistanJob Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsWork Location: In person
