We are a growing kitchen design and installation company serving Kissimmee and the surrounding areas Central Florida. We specialize in high-quality kitchen projects and work closely with homeowners, builders and contractors to deliver outstanding results.We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer / Sales Consultant proficient in 2020 Design software who can manage the full design and sales process. This role is ideal for someone who is confident meeting clients, taking accurate on-site measurements, coordinating with builders, and closing sales.Key Responsibilities:*Design kitchens using 2020 Design software*Meet with clients to understand their needs and present design solutions*Perform on-site measurements at residential and commercial job sites*Prepare quotes, proposals, and close sales*Communicate effectively with builders, contractors, and suppliers*Review plans and ensure designs align with site conditions*Manage projects from initial consultation through installation*Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout the project*Background in kitchen design, cabinetry, or interior design*Strong sales and closing skills*Experience taking accurate field measurements*Ability to read architectural and builder plans*Excellent communication and organizational skills*Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites*Knowledge of local building practices is a plus**What We Offer****Competitive compensation (salary + commission based on experience)**Consistent leads and strong earning potential**Supportive and professional team environment**Opportunity for long-term growth**Quality projects and established builder relationshipsJob Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hourLicense/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
