Preferred age is below 35.Job Description:-Pre-Delivery Inspections:<ul><li>Perform thorough inspections on heavy machinery e.g., excavators, loaders, cranes to ensure all systems and components are functioning properly.</li><li>Check for any visible damage, wear, or defects in the machinery.</li><li>Test key operational systems, including hydraulics, electronics, and engine performance.</li></ul>Documentation and Reporting:<ul><li>Complete PDI checklists and inspection reports accurately, documenting any issues found and actions taken.</li><li>Ensure that all PDI records are maintained and logged into the system.</li><li>Collaborate with service and logistics teams to communicate findings, repair needs, or delays in delivery.</li></ul>Coordination with Logistics:<ul><li>Work closely with the logistics team to ensure machinery is prepared for timely delivery.</li><li>Assist with the loading and unloading of heavy machinery when required, ensuring that all equipment is handled safely.</li><li>Coordinate with the warehouse or yard team to manage machinery flow and availability.</li></ul>Minor Repairs and Maintenance:<ul><li>Conduct minor repairs such as fixing loose parts, changing filters, or topping off fluids oil, hydraulic fluids, etc..</li><li>Notify the service department of any significant repair needs that fall outside of PDI responsibilities.</li></ul>Customer Customization:<ul><li>Assist with implementing any special configurations or installations required by the customer before delivery.</li><li>Ensure customer-specific modifications or requests are met without compromising equipment integrity or safety.</li></ul>Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Operations, Parts, Service, HR, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics, to ensure seamless coordination.Carry out additional tasks as requested by management.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your salary expectations?</li><li>What is your nationality?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Mechanical: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
