ABOUT THIS ROLE 
We&rsquo;re seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Head of Growth Marketing to lead Xe&rsquo;s global growth marketing function. This is a key leadership role within the Growth organization, responsible for driving scalable customer acquisition and lifecycle value across B2C and B2B segments. 
 
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will oversee paid media, lifecycle marketing, affiliate &amp; influencer marketing, SEO/content, and social media. You will also work closely with product and reginal growth teams to deliver against ambitious global growth targets. 
 
You&rsquo;ll be at the center of our growth transformation, shaping strategy, building new capabilities, and driving measurable impact on revenue and customer experience. With high visibility across the organization and direct influence on executive decision-making, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in defining how we go to market, how we grow, and how we scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Growth Leadership<ul><li>
Own the global growth marketing roadmap across all digital channels: paid media, lifecycle/CRM, affiliate, SEO/content, and social.</li><li>
Develop full-funnel strategies that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across web and app platforms.</li><li>
Champion a test-and-learn culture to uncover new opportunities and optimize channel performance.</li><li>
Define and track key growth metrics (e.g. CAC, LTV, ROAS, activation, churn), ensuring visibility to senior leadership.</li></ul>
Paid Media &amp; Acquisition<ul><li>
Lead global performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, display, and emerging platforms.</li><li>
Manage paid media budgets and optimize channel mix for efficiency and scale.</li><li>
Drive audience segmentation, creative testing, and campaign optimization strategies.</li><li>
Align acquisition efforts with regional go-to-market plans and local market nuances.</li></ul>
Lifecycle, CRM &amp; Retention<ul><li>
Build and scale lifecycle programs across email, SMS, push, and in-product messaging.</li><li>
Implement segmentation, automation, and personalized journeys to boost engagement and LTV.</li><li>
Align CRM strategies with product usage behaviors and lifecycle milestones.</li></ul>
Affiliate &amp; Influencer Marketing<ul><li>
Grow the global affiliate and influencer network by sourcing high-impact partners and community channels.</li><li>
Optimize commission models, partner performance, and creative strategies to drive efficient acquisition.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through close collaboration with legal and compliance teams.</li></ul>
Content, SEO &amp; Organic Growth<ul><li>
Lead global strategy for SEO, content marketing, and organic social media.</li><li>
Develop a content roadmap that supports product discovery, user education, and brand authority.</li><li>
Oversee Xe&rsquo;s social media presence to drive engagement and brand consistency across channels.</li><li>
Collaborate with local teams on content localization and distribution.</li><li>
Optimize on-site content and technical SEO in partnership with product and dev teams.</li><li>
Monitor organic and social performance to inform content strategy and improve reach and conversion.</li></ul>
Reporting, Analytics &amp; Tooling<ul><li>
Build scalable measurement and reporting frameworks to track performance across all channels and campaigns, ensuring regular visibility to the leadership team.</li><li>
Partner with analytics and BI to improve attribution, funnel tracking, and ROI measurement.</li><li>
Improve processes, documentation, and tooling to increase team efficiency and scalability.</li></ul> 
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS 
<ul><li>
7+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles, ideally within fast-paced fintech, e-commerce, SaaS or high-growth digital environments with global exposure</li><li>
Proven track record of driving customer and revenue growth across multiple digital channels, with experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives.</li><li>
Deep expertise in at least 2&ndash;3 of the following areas: paid media, CRM/lifecycle, SEO, affiliate marketing, or performance creative</li><li>
Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Iterable, Amplitude, MixPanel, and affiliate platforms like Impact</li><li>
Analytical and data-driven mindset, fluent in campaign reporting, funnel analysis, attribution modeling, and experimentation frameworks</li><li>
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable working with analytics, product, content, compliance, and regional teams</li><li>
Team leadership experience &ndash; able to inspire, coach, and manage a small, high-performing team while staying actively involved in day-to-day execution</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus</li></ul>

XE offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this (Salary Exempt or Non-exempt hourly rate) role ranges from ($160,000USD to $185,000USD). Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate&rsquo;s skills, qualifications, and experience. Who we're looking for: 
We're looking for a Creative Visual Designer who can help bring our brand to life across social, web, and paid channels. You'll work closely with marketing and product teams to turn strategy into bold, clean, and strategic visual content. This role is perfect for someone who can move between motion design, static content, and short-form video, all while keeping things on-brand and visually compelling. 
 
What you'll do:<ul><li>

Create social templates, animations, and short-form video content (bonus if you do light editing/motion)</li><li>
Design clean, responsive layouts for landing pages, emails, and microsites</li><li>
