 Job Duties:
 
 
 
 
 The
 
 Human Resource Manager
 
 is a strategic business partner accountable for overseeing all HR functions at the Plant supporting and fostering an Employee Engagement, value-led culture.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan &amp; deliver customized HR services in support of the Plant and regional objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage Talent Acquisition initiatives for all Associates.
 </li>
 <li>
 As part of Plant Management Team forecast staffing needs and create recruitment strategies for new Associates as the facility increases workload, workforce, and manufacturing footprint.
 </li>
 <li>
 HR Lead on Associate investigations, development, and delivery of corrective action steps aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc HR reports to Plant Management and Corporate HR.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 REQUIRED
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree Human Resources or Business, master&rsquo;s degree, and SHRM-SCP plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 8+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
 </li>
 <li>
 4+ years HR Manager experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 </li>
