Position: Business Development ExecutiveExperience: 1&ndash;3 YearsLocation: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)Company: Xelentor TechnologiesAbout the Role:XelentorTechnologies is looking for a highly motivated, go-getter Business Development Executive who can identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building strong client relationships in a fast-paced digital technology environment.Key Responsibilities:Drive outbound lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking platforms. Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into sales opportunities. Conduct market research to identify new channels, sectors, and growth areas. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement. Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
