As a Senior Learning Designer within the Sales Enablement function, you'll join a high-impact, cross-functional team on a mission to supercharge sales performance and productivity. By offering integrated content, training, and coaching for partner sales teams and leaders, this team empowers every stage of the partner journey&mdash;fuelled by technology and guided by data-driven insights.</div><div></div><div><br>
In this role you&rsquo;ll scope, design, and create powerful resources, assets, and campaigns that inspire real behavioural change and unlock sales potential. You&rsquo;ll bring bold thinking, sharp strategies, and impactful programs of work that elevate sales capability all across the business. The result? A sales team equipped to consistently hit performance targets, building stronger partner relationships, and a seamless, beautiful experience for every partner we support.

</b></h3><ul><li><ul><li>Work closely with global sales experts, technology experts and the product specialists to scope and design fit-for-purpose learning and performance interventions</li><li>
Use content authoring tools, visual design tools and the LMS to create end-to end learning experiences such as multi-touch campaigns, courses, job aids, process docs, assessments and multimedia resources</li><li>
Drive continual improvement of our enablement program so that it is effective, relevant and supports long-term behavioural change for our sales team</li><li>
Coach other content creators in the team to help them apply learning and content best practices and facilitate team collaboration</li><li>
Review content created by peers to ensure high-quality, consistent instructional materials that are aligned with learning objectives</li><li>
Lead project planning and execution, manage stakeholder relationships, and track project performance for continuous improvement</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>
<div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you'll bring with you:
</b></h3><ul><li><ul><li>Experience using/working with Saas sales processes</li><li>
Ability to use authoring tools (Evolve) &amp; visual design tools (Adobe and LMSs)</li><li>
Experience in developing interactive, engaging and effective learning resources</li><li>
Experience with developing both digital and face-to-face experiences and assets (online learning courses, videos, interactive PDFs, LMS pages, workshops, virtual sessions, job aids and learning campaigns)</li><li>
Experience conducting root cause analysis, training needs analysis and provide data-based analysis and reporting</li><li>
Experience with project and stakeholder management with demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills</li><li>
Understanding of L&amp;D trends, developments and best practices</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>
