<div><div><b>About the Role:</b></div><div>
We are seeking a Solution Design and Professional Services Presales Support person to bridge the gap between sales solution strategy and post-sale professional services delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring complex customer solutions are well-designed, clearly scoped, and successfully delivered.</div><div>
You will work closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery Teams, and external partners to design end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with operational and delivery standards.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Design &amp; Presales Support:</li><ul><li>
Partner with Sales teams to design scalable, supportable customer solutions.</li><li>
Translate business and technical requirements into solution architectures.</li><li>
Support development of solution documentation including SoWs, BoMs, and delivery plans.</li><li>
Participate in customer workshops and presentations.</li></ul></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Professional Services Integration Support:</li><ul><li>
Act as the expert between solution design and professional services execution.</li><li>
Ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery teams.</li><li>
Align solution designs with delivery methodologies and service catalogs.</li></ul></ul><ul><li>
Delivery Enablement &amp; Governance:</li><ul><li>
Support project readiness and kickoff activities.</li><li>
Provide technical oversight during implementation.</li><li>
Identify delivery risks and support mitigation strategies.</li></ul></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Customer &amp; Stakeholder Engagement:</li><ul><li>
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers.</li><li>
Communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.</li></ul></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Qualifications:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.</li><li>
3+ years of experience in presales solution selling, solution design, systems integration, or professional services.</li><li>
Experience delivering complex, multi-technology solutions.</li><li>
Experience delivering on Statements of Work and implementation strategies.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><div><ul><li>
ITIL, or cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP).</li><li>
Experience in consulting or managed services environments.</li><li>
Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>

Docuware Solution Engineer certified or equivalent</li><li>
