Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Specialist serves as the company&rsquo;s sole marketing professional, owning the execution of all marketing initiatives across multiple product brands. This hands-on, individual contributor role is responsible for digital and print marketing, website management, content creation, SEO/AEO optimization, email and social media campaigns, brand management, and sales enablement. The Specialist partners closely with leadership, sales, engineering, and other internal teams to translate business objectives into effective marketing programs that drive brand awareness, product visibility, and revenue growth. This position requires strong technical aptitude, creative execution, project management discipline, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Duties:
Digital Marketing &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>
Create, update, and manage digital and printed marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, banners, signage, videos, and social media assets.</li><li>
Produce and publish biweekly &ldquo;Did You Know&rdquo; (DYK) marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, and blog channels.</li><li>
Write and update website content, product pages, blog posts, and landing pages.</li></ul>
Website Management &amp; SEO/AEO<ul><li>
Manage and update three company websites (XeteX, AVENTUS, AIRotor, ITM4) through HubSpot Content Enterprise.</li><li>
Improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization) by enhancing keywords, site structure, and linking strategies.</li><li>
Support AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) by creating clear FAQ content and structured page layouts that improve AI search visibility.</li></ul>
Email &amp; Social Media Marketing<ul><li>
Build, schedule, and analyze marketing email campaigns using HubSpot.</li><li>
Publish social media content for LinkedIn and Facebook, aligned with twice-monthly DYK releases and blog posts.</li><li>
Coordinate with internal page admins across multiple product brands.</li></ul>
Brand Management &amp; Creative Work<ul><li>
Ensure consistent use of brand logos, colors, and messaging across all materials.</li><li>
Design marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).</li><li>
Support apparel, giveaways, event media, and photography/video needs.</li></ul>
Reporting &amp; Analytics<ul><li>
Prepare the weekly Marketing Report summarizing accomplishments, project status, and upcoming tasks.</li><li>
Maintain monthly KPI dashboards and contribute to annual marketing budget planning.</li><li>
Monitor website, email, and campaign performance using HubSpot and Google Analytics.</li></ul>
Project &amp; Stakeholder Collaboration<ul><li>
Manage multiple ongoing projects across four product brands.</li><li>
Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, HR, and leadership to support marketing needs.</li><li>
Maintain relationships with reps, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.</li></ul>
Event Support<ul><li>
Produce creative assets and promotional materials for events including AHR Expo, Sales Rep Training, and company-wide events.</li><li>
Support on-site brand presence, event displays, and print materials as needed.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Knowledge with HubSpot CMS (or similar CRM/automation tools) preferred.</li><li>
Strong graphic design skills; proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>
Strong writing and editing abilities for email, website content, and product marketing.</li><li>
Understanding of SEO and website best practices; AEO experience is a plus.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.</li><li>
Comfortable working independently as a one-person marketing team.</li></ul>

Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager leads and executes the company&rsquo;s full marketing function across multiple product brands. As the primary marketing owner, this role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and enable sales success. The Marketing Manager partners closely with executive leadership, sales, engineering, and operations to translate company objectives into measurable marketing programs.
This role combines strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, hands-on execution, overseeing digital and print marketing, website strategy, content development, SEO/AEO optimization, email and social campaigns, brand governance, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a doer, comfortable managing priorities independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy &amp; Leadership<ul><li>
Own the company&rsquo;s marketing strategy across four product brands, aligning initiatives with business goals, revenue targets, and sales priorities.</li><li>
Serve as the internal marketing subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for leadership and cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Develop annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and budget recommendations.</li></ul>
Digital Marketing &amp; Content Strategy<ul><li>
Lead the creation and execution of digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, signage, videos, and social media assets.</li><li>
Develop and manage biweekly &ldquo;Did You Know&rdquo; (DYK) campaigns across email, website, social media, and blog channels.</li><li>
Oversee website content strategy, product messaging, blog content, and landing pages to support brand awareness and lead generation.</li></ul>

Drive SEO strategy by improving keyword targeting, site architecture, internal linking, and content performance.</li><li>
Support AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) through structured content, FAQs, and layouts that enhance AI-driven search visibility.</li></ul>
Email &amp; Social Media Marketing<ul><li>
Plan, build, and analyze marketing email campaigns using HubSpot, optimizing for engagement and performance.</li><li>
Manage organic social media strategy and publishing for LinkedIn and Facebook across multiple brands.</li><li>
Coordinate with internal page administrators and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.</li></ul>
Brand Management &amp; Creative Direction<ul><li>
Own brand standards and ensure consistent use of logos, colors, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.</li><li>
Lead creative execution using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).</li><li>
Oversee branded apparel, giveaways, photography, video, and event-related creative needs.</li></ul>
Reporting, Analytics &amp; Budgeting<ul><li>
Prepare weekly marketing updates highlighting progress, priorities, and results.</li><li>
Maintain monthly KPI dashboards and analyze campaign, website, and email performance using HubSpot and Google Analytics.</li><li>
Contribute to annual marketing budget planning and resource forecasting.</li></ul>
Sales Enablement &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>
Partner with Sales to develop tools, materials, and messaging that support sales efforts and product positioning.</li><li>
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, HR, and leadership to support product launches, internal communications, and employer branding.</li><li>
Manage relationships with independent sales reps, vendors, and external partners.</li></ul>
Event &amp; Trade Show Marketing<ul><li>
Lead marketing support for key events such as AHR Expo, Sales Rep Training, and company-wide initiatives.</li><li>
Develop event collateral, displays, signage, and promotional materials.</li><li>

</h3>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
5+ years of progressive marketing experience; manufacturing and/or industrial experience strongly preferred.</li><li>
Experience developing and executing marketing strategy in a lean or standalone marketing environment.</li><li>
Proficiency with HubSpot CMS and marketing automation tools (or similar platforms).</li><li>
Strong creative capabilities with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Solid understanding of SEO best practices; AEO experience is a plus.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders independently.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.</li><li>
Minimal travel to industry/rep trade shows in support of product sales and promotion.</li></ul>
