About the Role
As a Solutions Consultant at XiFin, you will be a key member of our high-performing Commercial team reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer involved with marketing, sales, implementation and client support activities. In this role you will support existing clients as well as guide prospective clients through the evaluation and agreement process for our Revenue Cycle Management products and services. This highly consultative and technically oriented role is ideal for professionals with a background in top-tier consulting (Big 4 or equivalent) and a strong understanding of healthcare operations. You are well networked in the industry with a proven track record of shaping client engagements and solution strategy.
How you will make an impact:
In this role, you&rsquo;ll:<ul><li>
Initiate, lead and support discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and strategic goals</li><li>
Facilitate in-depth consultations with executive and operational stakeholders to uncover pain points, workflow inefficiencies, and unmet needs in revenue cycle management and map them to our product and service portfolio suite</li><li>
Analyze client environments, including existing technology stacks, integration requirements, and compliance considerations for input and guidance in the sales, legal and implementation processes</li><li>
Design and present tailored RCM solutions, leveraging deep product knowledge and industry best practices; architecting customized solutions that address client-specific challenges</li><li>
Prepare and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value, scalability, and ROI of XiFin&rsquo;s offerings</li><li>
Collaborate with technical and product teams to validate solution feasibility and ensure seamless integration with client systems</li><li>
Advise clients on incorporating recommended approaches, industry standards, proven methods and process optimization, positioning XiFin as a strategic partner</li><li>
Represent XiFin at industry conferences and events nationwide, engaging with industry leaders, prospective clients, and partners</li></ul>

10+ years of experience in a sales/solution consulting environment within healthcare technology, SaaS, or revenue cycle management</li><li>
Prior experience at a Big 4 consulting firm or equivalent highly preferred</li><li>
Proven track record of leading and/or supporting complex sales cycles and closing enterprise agreements</li><li>
Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management, billing, and collections processes and patient engagement</li><li>
Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms, data integration, and workflow automation</li><li>
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools</li><li>
Must be willing to travel domestically up to 30%</li></ul>

Pay Transparency
At XiFin, we believe in pay transparency and fairness. The expected on-target earnings range for this role is $225,000 to $350,000, based on your experience, skills, and geographic location.
Depending on your qualifications, you may be considered for either a Solutions Consultant or Senior Solutions Consultant title. Final compensation will be determined during the selection process and may vary accordingly.

About the Role
We are seeking a .NET Software Engineer with strong experience in C# and SQL who is passionate about building advanced solutions that automate and streamline healthcare systems, processes, and workflows.
This is a dynamic opportunity to work across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. About the Role
The Cyber Security Analyst will analyze, evaluate, and tune SIEM events and alerts, threat hunting, automating investigation tasks, and conducting incident response when a security incident arises. Focus on identifying, researching, and performing offensive cyber security tactics and techniques to test and verify preventative and detective security controls.
Work as a key member on project teams to ensure security by design principles are implemented in every IT and development effort, to ensure the effective and appropriate use of security technology solutions and processes that reduce risk and increase the security of the company and its data. Build relationships and partner across the organization and work with team members inside and outside of the department.
How you will make an impact:<ul><li>
Conducting incident response investigations from escalated incidents across Windows and Linux systems, and supporting all phases of the incident response process.</li><li>
Developing, documenting, and testing incident response playbooks and runbooks;</li><li>
Performing cybersecurity forensic analysis, including artifact collection, malware analysis, and timeline reconstruction;</li><li>
Assessing and prioritizing vulnerabilities based on risk factors and exploitability, coordinating remediation efforts, and investigating potential signs of compromise;</li><li>
Understanding and evaluating emerging threats on cyber security exploits, vulnerabilities, tactics, and techniques;</li><li>
Developing detection logic across SIEM environments using the ADS framework and mapping detections to MITRE ATT&amp;CK;</li><li>
Analyzing and tuning SIEM alerts, operating system logs, and security events to improve detection capabilities;</li><li>
Participating in and conducting threat hunting and threat assessment in the context of information technology architecture;</li><li>
Utilizing offensive security tools, including Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS) solutions, to enhance detection capabilities and identify gaps in the organization's defenses;</li><li>
Designing, documenting, validating, and testing security hardening configurations in line with CIS Benchmarks and organizational standards;</li><li>
Conducting software risk assessments for desktop applications and browser extensions to identify potential security concerns and ensure compliance with organizational policies;</li><li>
Evaluating and testing enterprise security controls deployed in multiple IT infrastructure environments;</li><li>
Automating incident response tasks and other processes using scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, and Bash;</li></ul>
