Job Title: Architect &ndash; Residential Design Location: Jalandhar, Punjab Company: XLNC Exotic Homes Job Type: 8PM -6AM (US Night Shift) Working Days: 6 DaysNote: This position is strictly for the night shift. Please apply only if you are comfortable and available to work night shifts.Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with strong expertise in residential and interior design to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will design functional, aesthetic, and regulation-compliant residential and commercial spaces aligned with modern and client-specific requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead architectural design for residential and commercial projects including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.</li><li>Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and visually appealing designs.</li><li>Prepare concept, schematic, and working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or related software.</li><li>Ensure all designs comply with local building by-laws and municipal regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the project cycle.</li><li>Provide design input for interior layouts, fa&ccedil;ade treatments, and material selections.</li><li>Conduct site visits for measurement, supervision, and design validation.</li><li>Support the approval and documentation process for building plans and permits.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in residential/commercial design projects.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion.</li><li>Strong design portfolio showcasing completed residential work.</li><li>Good understanding of Punjab Building Rules and local construction norms.</li><li>Excellent communication and visualization skills.</li></ul>Key Skills AutoCAD Architect, Residential Design , Revit Architecture, SketchUp &amp; Lumion, 3D Architectural Design, Residential Floor Planning, Interior Layout Planning, Construction DrawingsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable working the US night shift (8:00 PM &ndash; 6:00 AM)?</li><li>Are you willing to work 6 days a week from our Jalandhar office?</li><li>Do you hold a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in residential architectural design?</li><li>Have you worked on US or international residential projects before?</li><li>Which design software are you proficient in?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
